3. How Your Data is Used
All data processing happens exclusively on your device. BOMI AI uses your information solely to:
- Provide AI-powered personal assistant features on your device
- Generate automated diary entries locally
- Manage your calendar and schedules on your device
- Track and organize daily and weekly routines locally
- Manage and organize contacts on your device
- Search and organize contacts locally
- Process photos, videos, and audio recordings locally for AI features
- Store and display your media files on your device
- Provide app functionality
We never see, access, or process your data because it never leaves your device.
4. On-Device Processing
Local AI Processing: All artificial intelligence and machine learning operations are performed entirely on your device using on-device models. Your data is never sent to external servers for processing.
No Cloud Storage: Your diary entries, calendar events, and personal information are stored exclusively on your device's local storage.
iCloud Sync (Optional): If you enable iCloud, your data may sync across your Apple devices through Apple's encrypted iCloud service. We do not have access to this data.

Since we don't collect your data, we have nothing to share. The only data exchanges are:
- Apple Subscriptions: Only your App Store purchase information is processed by Apple (not by us)

- No Servers: We do not operate servers that receive or store user data

- App Removal: Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all local data

BOMI AI is rated 4+ and is suitable for users of all ages. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children who use our App.
No Data Collection from Children: Since BOMI AI does not collect any personal information from any users (including children), there is no risk of children's data being collected, stored, or shared.

- EventKit: Accessed locally with your permission (data never transmitted)
- Photos Framework: Accessed locally with your permission (photos never transmitted)
- AVFoundation: For local audio/video processing (files never transmitted)
- UserNotifications: Local notifications only (no remote notifications or push servers)
No Analytics: We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook SDK, or any analytics services.
No Advertising: We do not use advertising networks or SDKs.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:
- Posting the new Privacy Policy in the App
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Sending you an in-app notification for material changes

14. Data Retention
Your data is retained on your device for as long as you use the App. When you:
- Delete content: It is immediately removed from your device
- Uninstall the App: All data is permanently deleted
- Reset the App: All data can be cleared from Settings
